Ms. Reddy currently serves as Vice President Chief Operating Officer (COO), a newly-created position to which she was promoted in September 2003.  Her expanded role encompasses office, personnel and financial management, in addition to her Project Manager duties.

 

Ms. Reddy performs a wide range of organizational and informational management strategy functions as Project Manager for the company’s large contracts.  Ms. Reddy serves as an integral member of the team in managing and disseminating information.  She is responsible for the analysis and interpretation of all State Compliance Documents as well as compiling and formulating that information.
