Ms.
Penny L. Reddy serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Reddy is also certified as an
Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner by the International Code
Counsel. Ms. Reddy serves as the
hands-on project executive during large scale projects, as well as providing
overall project life cycle management for all existing
contracts/clients. Ms. Reddy has over
8 years of extensive ADA consulting experience. Her primary area of concentrated expertise
has been in Title II and Title III of the ADA, where she has provided
numerous agency or company trainings on ADAAG survey collection, expert
witness services and attorney support, completed detailed site surveys and
reports for thousands of facilities, as well as providing effective, creative
and compliant solutions for facility access.
Her clients include such prominent companies as Philip Morris
Management Corporation, Blockbuster, Inc., Eckerd, REI, Office Max,
Pennsylvania Lottery, Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, Kansas State
Fairgrounds, John Carroll University, and many others. Ms. Reddy holds degrees in Marketing and
Management. Ms. Reddy joined ADA, Inc.
in 1998 and was named partner in 1999.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Reddy worked in various management and
marketing capacities. Ms. Reddy’s
responsibilities include strategic planning for the firm, encompassing
finance, business process improvement and operation enhancement management to
achieve corporate goals. Educational Background
