Federal Fair Housing Act (FHA) prohibits discrimination on the basis of
disability in all types of housing transactions. As a developer, owner, realtor, manager,
organization, or service provider of a residential property with four or more
units, you have obligations. The U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has charged housing
