This session addresses the many changes that have occurred since the inception of the ADA and its implementing regulations.  Over the past 15 years, the ADA has evolved greatly through our learning and life experiences, through the trials and errors of removing barriers.  There have been achievements that were either a result of proactive measures, or as a result of litigation.  Voices have been heard, regulations have taken a turn for the better, and places and things we once thought of going or doing that were once far reaching now reachable.  This session will include:
